Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order within 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

During sale events, festive seasons, or in cases of customs checks (for international shipments), deliveries may take longer than usual.

Shipping Charges

A standard shipping charge of ₹150 applies to orders placed on theoroori.store.

Free standard shipping is available only on prepaid orders with a cart value of ₹3,000 or more.

Prepaid orders below ₹3,000 will attract a ₹150 shipping charge.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will attract a ₹150 COD/shipping charge regardless of the order value.

The applicable charge will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Packaging & Safety

We follow strict safety and hygiene measures while packaging and handling your order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Address Accuracy

To avoid delivery issues such as incorrect addresses or failed attempts due to unavailability, please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete.
